The idea of TAMAD was initially born 10 years ago when one of the Founders found strength in her Muslim identity by competing in sports.

After 6 years of ideation and planning, TAMAD was created to empower other Muslim women to be active and proud of their identity.

SHEIKH-APPROVED DESIGNS

When creating our brand, it was important to us that we ensure we are providing truly modest pieces.

Each design was vetted by 3 Sunni Sheikhs/Sheikhas that follow Al-Shafi'i Madhab.

One of which is Sheikh Gazey, who studied at Al-Azhar University and is studying under leading Sheikhs in Australia.
